Cancellation policy

Full and complete payment is required to confirm your direct website reservation after booking.
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking

After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee.

We will change your reservation dates (on availability) for no charge.

Additional fees may apply for Christmas, New Years, and Easter holidays.
